About KPPDS

  “Kalooj Petroleum Procurement Data Supply” – KPPDS, is only Iranian private company that works specially on sourcing services of petroleum and energy industries. It is also only Iranian company that concentrates on branding and commercialization of companies regarding vendor list registration services. KPPDS vendor list registration service is for all domestic and non-domestic manufacturers and suppliers for all AVLs of vendor list owner companies.

KPPDS is established to solve some problems of sourcing and facilitate procurement procedures in petroleum and energy industries. KPPDS solves problems of sourcing based on AVL issues. Our services to solve these problems are listed below:

1.     Services for Vendor list owner companies:

·        All sourcing and evaluation of sources (preparing and optimization of vendor lists)

·        Finding products and services and preparing standard classification of all required products or services.

·        Preparing forms, instructions and procedures, based on assets and policies of client, regarding ISO 9001:2015

·        Notifying all suppliers for citations of vendor list owner companies.

·        Preparing list of products or EPC contractors that are hard to find (EPC contractors, installation and start up, repair and maintenance , … )

2.     EPC Contractors (who use AVLs)

·        Finding precise information of suppliers that are registered in AVLs (for some AVLs)

·        Notifying EPC contractors about general and limited tenders.

·        Preparing list of products that are hard to find

·         Executive consultant services for registration in ACLs (approved contactors lists of petroleum and energy industries) for EPC contractors who are approved

by SPAC.  

3.     Domestic and non-domestic, manufacturer and non-manufacturer companies (despite British and American companies):

Executive consultant services for registration in AVLs (approval for attending in limited tenders)

·        Pre-evaluation, gap analyzes and optimization of documents for vendor list registration.

·        Market research (finding information about registration of companies and their competitors in vendor lists to propose a registration list)
